Display children’s work after some activities around the classroom on display boards.

TP Competency
This goal is important because it is one of the jobs that a teacher has to do. To be clearer, the teacher has to display children’s work around the classroom this is because of the countless benefits of this learning tool. For example,
the teacher can refer to the display during the lesson,
it can be a positive opportunity of collaboration between the teacher and children when they put their work,
It can increase children’s sense of ownership and confidence when they refer to their work,
parents will values the time and effort their children spend in school doing such work,
finally, the classroom environment will be exciting and motivates which will reflect on children to be so.
Rationale
 
I will need to do the following to achieve this goal:
·         Gather children’s work and artifacts after focus group activities.
·         Plan a schedule for to change the display weekly
·         Plan a schedule for the two groups whose work will be displayed.
·         Guide and help children to put their work on the display board.
Strategies
Display students work on bulletin board with learning outcome as displayed in the following picture.
